You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate, fraudulent or proxy accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be distinguished from real-money funds during play. lik33 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice to affected players.
All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Processing times vary by method. Amounts are displayed in PKR where applicable, though operator settlement currency may differ.
Collusion, arbitrage abuse, use of automated betting tools, exploitation of software errors and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such conduct will be suspended and may be referred to relevant authorities.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "You") and lik33 (the "Platform", "Operator", "We", "Us" or "Our") governing your access to and use of the lik33 online gaming and sports betting platform available at lik33.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held at that time.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any detail changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the Operator immediately via the contact details in Section 17.
The Operator is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You agree to provide, upon request and without undue delay, the following documents or their equivalent:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to the Operator's satisfaction. The Operator reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending satisfactory document review. Documents submitted are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. The Operator accepts deposits via methods listed on the Platform's deposit page, which may include familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa and JazzCash (referenced for context only — no endorsement or gambling affiliation with these providers is implied).
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. All amounts are displayed in PKR where applicable, though the Operator's settlement currency may differ. Any currency conversion charges are borne by the User.
Deposits made in error are not automatically refundable. If you believe a deposit has been processed incorrectly, contact support as described in Section 17 immediately. The Operator accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the Operator's withdrawal routing rules as displayed on the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable or the account has been flagged for review.

Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal page. The Operator targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated, but cannot guarantee delivery times due to third-party banking or payment-processor delays.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may result in legal action:
lik33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools accessible from your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion options.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cool-off period or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support or using the Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the Operator will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Users.

Players are reminded that local laws in Pakistan may restrict or prohibit online gambling. The Operator does not provide legal advice and players must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, audio-visual materials and data compilations, is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, modification, distribution, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any services provided shall not exceed the total Real-Money Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.
The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may affect service availability. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability outside of its reasonable control.
Either party may close a User Account at any time. Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily should contact support as described in Section 17. Any Real-Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned subject to applicable KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to retain any Balance where permitted by applicable law, pending investigation or as a consequence of confirmed fraudulent activity.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date on which revised Terms come into force. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded. Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The Operator does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

The Operator aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days of receipt. Complex matters may take longer, in which case the Operator will provide a progress update within the initial 14-day period.
