12 Minors & Age Verification

The lik33 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the applicable minimum age.

Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Where we discover that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will close the associated Account immediately, return any Real-Money Balance net of any applicable regulatory holds, and delete the minor's personal data as soon as legally permissible.
